deux - creamy goat cheese & beet sauce. paccheri pasta. mint. pistachio.

trois - pan seared steak. blue cheese butter.creamed spinach. thick cut frites. (french fries)

fin - grilled watermelon. local honey.

feta. fig glaze. arugula.
